We want you to love our products! But just in case you don’t, we’ll be happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must not be used or altered with tags attached and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price less shipping cost, if applicable.

• Our products are 100% handmade by artisans and because of their handcrafted nature, each product will be slightly unique and may vary in size and color. We consider these slight imperfections a part of their unique charm and not a defect.
• Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
• Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds expected 5-7 business days after processing.
• Shipping charges are not refunded.
• Exchanges are processed as inventory allows.
• All DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS are “FINAL SALE” and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
